Sometim...I love the old version of the Grinch too.

Sometimes it is hard to have things different than what we are use to. I just hope that this Christmas surprises you and it is the best one to date. Thinking of you.Faithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15614940560800247144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-822496741660702171.post-82653205723560585852012-12-12T08:23:32.212-08:002012-12-12T08:23:32.212-08:00Christmas is going to be strange here this year as...Christmas is going to be strange here this year as well. My roommate decorated while I was gone and when I asked if I could add some ornaments to her tree, she suggested that I put up my tree as well. So apparently no (she does the all matchy ball ornament tree) and it doesn't seem worthwhile to unpack a second tree. And while it'll be nice to not travel, it's going to be strange to spend actual Christmas with our parents and not my siblings or nieces and nephews. But next year, we'll have our own home (wherever and whatever that might be) that I can decorate. And Raj and I will be together, which isn't something that'll always happen for us.

On a side note, I also love this version of the Grinch and one of my all time favorite phrases comes from the song: "all the tender sweetness of a seasick crocodile".
